**NOTE FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS IN ALL CULTURAL EVENTS**

All the entries must be submitted on or before 20-2-2015 by email. The confirmation of selection will be given by 23-2-2015.  Swatantra Institute of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation reserves the right to reject any entry/entries for any reason that deems valid.  All participants are responsible to report to the registration desk and confirm their participation in their respective events on the 1^st day of the conference and must report to the cultural event coordinators before the competition begins, else they will be disqualified. Please cooperate with us to make the Cultural Event entertaining and successful.
